WRSD is seeking a Teacher of the Deaf to join our Outreach division to provide consultation services to Deaf and hard of hearing students based on contracts with school districts as well as implement individual educational plans as requested by the contracting school DutiesAssess and evaluate the educational needs of each child and plan appropriate educational services as requested by the contracting and evaluate educational materials and be an active participant in the selection of said materials in conjunction with district students in academic areas as assigned. Conduct evaluations as requested by the contracting in each childs educational plan and attend team written quarterly progress reports and report cards as effectively with the Educational Audiologist and all related service and use technology as appropriate to enhance curricula. Maintain regular district/parent communication. Participate in program evaluation with staff and administration.
