Job details
Equipment management and related tasks for the optical fiber UV-curable coating material manufacturing plant - General maintenance and inspection of production equipment used at the Tsuchiura Plant (Preventive maintenance troubleshooting etc.) - Productivity improvement activities (equipment failure analysis uptime improvement) - Safety environment / 5S promotion activities - Operational verification and evaluation of new equipment - Negotiations with vendors - Internal communications etc.

英語はメールの読み書きが中心です月に数回社内の会議で発言議論の機会があり慣れるまでは英語ができるメンバーがサポートします
Work Experience/Skill
Mandatory
2 years of experience in facility maintenance management (mechanical instrumentation civil engineering electrical etc.) Basic understanding of mechanical equipment structure Basic PC operation (Excel Word CAD etc.) Language skills (Japanese: business level)
Preferable
Experience in operation maintenance and design of chemical plant equipment Fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits and experience using measuring instruments Work experience in a chemical plant Knowledge and experience related to occupational health and safety (OHSAS etc.) Language skills (English: conversational to business level) *English skills will be primarily focused on reading and writing emails. There will be opportunities to speak and discuss in internal meetings several times a month and English-speaking members will support you until you become accustomed to the language.
