We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our organizations communication this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing communication projects that promote our mission values and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and dissemination of internal and external communications materials.
- Manage the organizations social media accounts creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
- Write and edit press releases articles newsletters and promotional materials.
- Support the organization of events including workshops conferences and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in communications marketing or public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in social media platforms and tools as well as website management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
