Xperience Xscape Travels is hiring a Remote Reservations Coordinator to join our growing team!
If you are coachable and have a passion for helping others start their careers in the travel industry this role is for you. No experience required we provide full training. You will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members ensuring they are set up for success in their travel careers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Conduct training sessions to ensure new hires understand company procedures
- Assist with recruitment efforts and job posting management
- Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Provide feedback and guidance to new hires during the training process
- Maintain records of new hires and training progress
- Communicate clearly with candidates and employees during the onboarding stages
Requirements:
- Must be coachable and eager to learn
- No experience needed full training provided
- Must be located in the United States United Kingdom Australia New Zealand Mexico the Caribbean islands or Europe
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with technology and remote work
