On each assignment you will evaluate patients screen for functional limitations and develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans. Youll employ therapeutic modalities manual techniques neuromuscular reeducation gait and balance training and activities that promote safe independent living. Documentation outcome tracking and communication with physicians nurses and other therapists are core responsibilities along with coordinating discharge planning and patient and caregiver education.
