- Deal directly with customers either by telephone and electronically to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Receives purchase orders processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers and create sales order in SAP
- Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate departments.
- Provides customer service support and administration by obtaining analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate internal departments from order taken till delivery to meet customers requirement.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales administration reports
- Supervisory the administration team to perform their core responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare copper hedging request to procurement
- Prepare report for (SOP) Sales & Operations meeting
