TheQuality Control Inspectorplays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. The ideal individual should be quality-oriented and attention to detail self-motivated reliable and able to multi-task to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet quality product expectations. This is a full-time position based in Medley Florida.(2nd Shift Hours are2 PM-10:30 PM Monday - Friday)

**Important Notice:
Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed visual dimensional and non-destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assemblies
  • Inspect incoming in-process and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals work instructions and regulatory standards
  • Verify documentation including repair orders service bulletins airworthiness directives and traceability paperwork
  • Accurately record inspection findings discrepancies and corrective actions taken
  • Conduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair process
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improveprocesses
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipment
  • Support internal and external audits including FAA and customer inspections
  • Adhere to safety protocols quality procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-2 yearsQuality Control Inspector experience
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145) EASA requirements and OEM maintenance manuals
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
  • Possess strong organizational analytical and administrative skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Quantum Software.
  • Previous experience with landing gear systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
