In this role youll lead the decontamination inspection packaging and sterilization of instrument sets and implant kits. Youll maintain sterilization equipment monitor cycles manage inventory and ensure compliance with AAMI/ANSI standards and hospital policies. Youll document procedures troubleshoot workflow interruptions and collaborate with perioperative teams to ensure instrument readiness and traceability.
