Wintringham is a specialised non-religious not-for-profit welfare organisation. We provide affordable high-quality housing support aged care and NDIS services to people over 50 who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Your new role
We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join our team at our North Western Office in Flemington or our South Eastern Office in Braeside. You will deliver specialised social work services and targeted case management interventions to older people who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. This role operates within the Support at Home model providing CHSP and billable services including complex service navigation crisis intervention advocacy and emotional support with the aim of helping older people remain safe and independent at home.
