Were looking for a Partner Development Manager to be the bridge and business advisor for both BD teams and partners.

Key job responsibilities
1. Recruit and develop partners who focus on Web3 and/or GTS business.
2. Be the bridge and business advisor for both BD teams and partners.
2. Introduce right partners into cases and co-work with BD teams and partners on deal closing.
3. Monitor track analyze and audit partner program applications. Be the goalkeeper.
4. Handle partner conflicts and ensure the healthy partner competition environment.
5. Lead business review and daily management.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3 years of business development partnership management or sourcing new business experience
- 3 years of business agreements development negotiation and execution experience
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of Web3/GTS industry employment/engagement experience

- Deep understanding of Web3/GTS customer needs especially in IT infrastructure and ISV deployment.
- Experienced in handle complex issues to balance internal and external interests.
- Familiar with partner ecosystem in Web3/GTS partner ecosystem.
