We are now seeking a Bilingual Spanish Full-time Teller for our South San Jose Branch. Ideal candidates will:
- Have excellent communication & people skills
- Thrive on building relationships
- Have experience working with cash
- Have front-line customer service experience
- Fluent in Spanish verbal and written
Essential Job Functions include:
- Build customer relationships
- Receives and processes customer financial transactions including deposits withdrawals loan payments; merchandise sales
- Assists members with opening and closing accounts
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including processing reports filing computer input and answering the telephone.
- Balances cash drawer and daily transactions and maintains security of all cash tickets and negotiables
- Attend business development events
Education and Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience
- High school education or GED
- Bilingual Spanish
