Job Summary
Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is searching for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational strategies and ensure smooth execution across our manufacturing and distribution processes. With a well-established reputation for quality and comfort we are looking for an individual who can optimize our operations maintain high standards of quality and enhance overall this role you will be critical in aligning operational capabilities with business objectives to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all business activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the operations team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance measurement.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
- Male.
- 30 to 45 years of age.
- Saudi or Lebanese national.
