About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and documenting business requirements analyzing data and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to provide insights and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed specifications.
Support data collection validation and analysis activities to identify trends and business opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of reports dashboards and presentations for management.
Help evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with technical teams during solution design and testing phases.
Support project management activities including tracking deliverables and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
12 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
