Job Summary

Responsible for leading and overseeing the registration process for all types of units transactions.
Oversee the registration department daily operation managing clients portfolio and update on daybyday basis.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize registration processes enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare detailed reports dashboards presentations and actionable recommendations to communicate progress challenges and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

7 years in unit registration real estate operations or similar experience.
Knowledge of improvement methodologies. Lean or Six Sigma are preferred
Experience in policy and procedure development ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards.
Excellent project management skills
BiLingual Arabic (native) excellent command in English.
Strong understanding of financial processes and quality assurance principles.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Masters is preferred
