- Responsible for leading and overseeing the registration process for all types of units transactions.
- Oversee the registration department daily operation managing clients portfolio and update on daybyday basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize registration processes enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports dashboards presentations and actionable recommendations to communicate progress challenges and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7 years in unit registration real estate operations or similar experience.
- Knowledge of improvement methodologies. Lean or Six Sigma are preferred
- Experience in policy and procedure development ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management skills
- BiLingual Arabic (native) excellent command in English.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and quality assurance principles.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Masters is preferred
