- Building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications
- Working with developers business analyst QA teamlead and business resources to design develop and maintain web applications
- Developing userfacing elements
- Development of all serverside logic definition and maintenance of the central database
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Build efficient testable and reusable PHP modules
Qualifications :
- Previous work experience from 2 to 5 years
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience with web hosting and hosting technologies
- Proficiency in PHP
- Experience with MySQL and Apache
- Experience with MVC frameworks
- Knowledge in using JS/JQuery/HTML/CSS.
- Experience in working with Ajax.
- Work Knowledge: possesses and applies knowledge or skills necessary for task completion. Keeps current on new development in area of work.
- Communication: The ability to maintain open and effective communications with all employees using clear and concise written and verbal communications
- Problem Solving: The ability to analyse identify problems and understand the cause of the problem; and to develop realistic alternative solutions or recommendations for corrective actions
