Job Summary
- Design develop and customize Odoo modules across various functional areas.
- Implement and integrate JSON-based logic APIs and custom workflows.
- Enhance and extend features in the Odoo Website and Portal to improve user experience and business functionality.
- Write clean maintainable and well documented code following best practices.
- Manage and execute deployments on including branches staging and production environments.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing customizations and business logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience developing and customizing Odoo.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Odoo v18.
- Proficiency in Python XML JavaScript and JSON.
- Proven experience with Website/Portal customization and API integrations.
- Solid experience managing environments and deployments on .
- Strong debugging problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced highly customized environment.
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. * 35 years of experience in HR and/or office management. * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. * Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). * Familiarity with HR systems/software (or ability to learn quickly)
