*Graduate from a college/school of Pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) OR graduate from a foreign college of pharmacy that has at least a five-year curriculum and has passed the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEE) and become certified by the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Commission (FPGEC) required.
*Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution preferred.
*Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota current or within three months of hire required.
*Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current or within 3 months of hire required.
*PharmD degree or equal clinical experience preferred for decentral.
*Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred for decentral.
*Hospital/ICU experience preferred
*Pediatric Residency preferred.
*Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist (BCPPS) preferred.
*Minnesota Board of Pharmacy preceptor license preferred.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
