Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School is seeking a School Psychologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills strong collaboration with educators and families and a deep understanding of child :Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychological assessments for students undergoing initial and re-evaluation processes for special education with service providers to determine appropriate assessment compliance with required timelines and associated IEP classroom observations as as a resource and consultant on mental health social-emotional development and behavior management recommendations to teachers parents and staff regarding academic behavioral and emotional supports for school counseling staff in developing 504 accommodation plans and curriculum accommodation actively in department and school meetings contributing to a positive and collaborative school in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in assessment intervention and special education on various intervention and support teams including but not limited to the Student Support Team and Crisis transition planning assessments and develop transition action plans for students receiving special education other duties as assigned by the Principal or Special Education :Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as a School knowledge of special education laws eligibility criteria and assessment expertise in interpreting and reporting results from a variety of formal and informal writing IEPs and collaborating in IEP Team with child development and educational interpersonal oral and written communication literacy sufficient to manage data and documentation working in a high school setting is to professional growth.A professional and personal history of integrity collaboration and dedication to student success.
