About the Role
Were looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the UI/UX Lead youllbecreating intuitive elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Develop wireframes prototypes and UI flows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements.
- Ensure accessibility usability and consistent design standards.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 3 years UX/UI design experience.
- A strong educational background in Computer Science is valued but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management we want to hear from you.
- Strong portfoliodemonstratingenterprise workflow design.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering design product and customer-facing team.
- Figma or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
Compensation: $80000$100000 USD per year; $75000-$90000 CAD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week.
