Job Summary
Cedar City Motor Co Is Seeking a Service Advisor to Join Our Award Winning Team in Cedar City Utah. As a Service Advisor You Will Be the Primary Point of Contact for Our Customers Providing Them with Exceptional Service and Ensuring Their Satisfaction with Their Automotive Service Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle service needs
- Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
