WHAT ARE THE HOURS

The standard schedule goes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with overtime available.


WHAT WILL YOU DO

Our Customer Experience Coordinator is the go-to support person for account executives and our wellness team stepping in as needed to help with a wide variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities. From supporting customer communication and event logistics to maintaining administrative files and wellness initiatives youll play a very active role in our office. Youll be responsible for:

  • Updating customer information and coordinating broker communication
  • Assisting with bulk/regulatory communication including compliance-related forms company announcements product rollouts and wellness activities
  • Drafting and proofreading professional correspondence marketing materials and other resources
  • Coordinating logistics for internal meetings benefit fairs onsite visits and vendor meetings
  • Overseeing customer recognition activities including welcoming new members and celebrating milestones
  • Supporting various projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Elevating the member experience and delivering incredible customer service

Customer Experience Coordinator Requirements:

  • Ability to handle sensitive information and follow HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to learn and master internal systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Qualifications:

  • Customer service administrative support or account coordination experience
  • Experience in the healthcare insurance or employee benefits industries
  • Some college coursework
