- Key responsibilities: pre/post data conversion and validation (record counts key matching reconciliation transformation accuracy); build queries/validation scripts to profile data and flag gaps/anomalies; maintain data mapping and transformation specs (lean specs); support endtoend transformation testing and validate downstream behavior; coordinate defect tracking and support approvals/signoffs (e.g. Jira) and governance; migrate legacy reports to Oracle/Power BI; test scheduled reports and rolebased access; cutover readiness (mockrun timing capture runbooks/checklists issue tracking); data quality/stewardship (HCM critical data elements dataquality rules consistent HR metrics pre/post conversion); regular stakeholder communications and support for new/revised reporting processes.
