Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked work station.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Support inventory management and minimize waste.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
