Summary of the Director of Marketing Role: This newly established position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies tailored to engage older adults as well as the community agencies providers and other referral sources that support them. The successful candidate will design marketing initiatives that embody our person-centered philosophy and effectively communicate the value of our socially-supported care model in improving patient collaboration with our Growth Operations and Clinical teams the Director of Marketing will produce compelling narratives demonstrating our contributions to health equity and community wellness while supporting the organizations continued growth.
Day-to-day duties:
- Develop and manage our brand messaging across all touchpoints to ensure consistency with our mission and values
- Own the company website as a primary growth channel including UX messaging conversion rate SEO landing pages CTAs and content performance
- Manage the marketing automation CRM including lead capture scoring routing nurturing workflows automated email sequences and lifecycle campaigns
- Build comprehensive marketing strategies that reach older adults in underserved communities and educate them about our unique care model focusing on digital marketing strategies
- Develop patient engagement campaigns including direct outreach materials community event planning and digital presence management
- Create provider relationship marketing materials to strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals specialists and community organizations
- Develop and implement a measurement framework to track patient acquisition gauge community awareness and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Own the marketing budget partnering with leadership to forecast needs and demonstrate a clear return on investment
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- 5 years of healthcare marketing experience is required; demonstrated expertise in patient acquisition and community engagement is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build marketing functions in startup or growth-stage healthcare organization
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to create compelling content across multiple channels
- Experience with digital marketing platforms social media management and graphic design tools
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance requirements and patient privacy regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across growth operations and clinical teams
- Demonstrated success in community-based marketing and local market penetration strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Experience marketing within a value-based care model is a significant plus.
