Adheres to federal and state special education regulations.2. Communicates high and clear expectations for students.3. Administers and/or reviews a variety of speech and language assessments andcompetently shares findings with key stakeholders and interprets test data in order tosupport student growth.4. Develops implements and monitors meaningful and measurable IndividualizedEducation Programs (IEPs) and Services Plans to meet the unique needs of students withdisabilities.5. Communicates with parents regarding students communication needs.6. Provides speech and language screening...7. Maintains thorough records for each student.8. Exhibits attributes of reliable attendance promptness dependability and professionalethics; Uses effective communication skills with students colleagues families andrelated agencies (spoken written and non-verbal); Completes all requested formsreports and data collections in an accurate and timely manner; Perform the functionsof the position in accordance with the: ASHA Content Competences; RI ProfessionalCode of Conduct; and all laws regulations school district policies directives themission of the district school-based plans and administrative priorities / requests.9.
