In this Med Surg Tele RN role youll deliver comprehensive care to adult medical-surgical patients coordinating complex treatment plans monitoring vitals administering medications and collaborating with physicians therapists and case managers to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home. Youll manage acuitylevel care identify potential complications early and educate patients and families on discharge instructions medications and followup needs.
