Job Summary

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on research experience in a relevant biological research environment
- Strong experience in molecular biology virology and immunology
- Hands-on experience working in BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories including use of PAPR respiratory protection
- Expertise in antibody titration and characterization assays including:
- Hemagglutination Inhibition (HAI)
- Neuraminidase Inhibition (NAI)
- ELISA
- Viral microneutralization assays
- Experience with high-throughput immunology and virology screening assays
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including:
- RNA isolation
- PCR
- Molecular cloning
- Experience with cell culture viral stock and vaccine stock production
- Hands-on experience with single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) using the 10x Genomics platform
- Ability to maintain detailed experimental documentation and prepare scientific reports and publications
