As a Sales Support Professional / Lead within our Private Wealth Alternatives APAC Team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will be responsible to provide a fully integrated center of relationship intelligence connecting all touch points across the client lifecycle - to help drive sales performance and deliver a purposeful client experience. You will not only observe established procedures processes and guidelines when performing assigned tasks but also exercise good judgment and appropriate discretion to drive team initiatives coordinate projects and produce timely high quality results that are in line with the teams objectives and best interests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports including DDQs RFPs and meeting materials.
- Create sales-related presentations pitchbooks and business proposals for internal and external use.
- Assist with initiatives and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders.
- Handle requests and respond to enquiries from clients and business partners.
- Support all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management proactively.
- Liaise with internal business partners on system enhancements and compliance projects.
- Coordinate planning and execution of client and business events.
- Review and identify opportunities to streamline sales and operational processes.
- Gather information on emerging trends within the financial intermediaries community.
- Maintain client information in internal databases and document sales activity for compliance.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive team initiatives and produce high-quality results.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Hold a university degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience.
- Demonstrate adaptability fast learning and strong communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Show exceptional follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Possess a global mindset and identify synergies with global counterparts.
- Work effectively as a team player and problem solver.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bring experience in alternative investments.
