Role Specifics and Benefits: As an LPN in Long-Term Care you will be tasked with delivering high-quality consistent care under licensed supervision focused on improving residents daily living and health outcomes. Key responsibilities include gathering assessments monitoring vital signs administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with state and facility policies observing for changes in condition and promptly reporting to the supervising RN or physician. Youll participate in care planning assist with activities of daily living mobility and rehabilitation activities and support infection prevention and safety protocols. Documentation in electronic medical records will be meticulous accurate and timely ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
