Experience: *5 years acute care experience caring for injured patients required; pediatric trauma experience preferred *Experience in quality and performance improvement required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Demonstrated ability to develop written resources conveying complex clinical information for distribution to a broad audience *Experience with conference exhibit presentation *Knowledge of regional healthcare market helpful *Excellent analytical skills and decision-making skills *Ability to lead and work well in a team environment *Ability to successfully complete self-directed work *Ability to quickly assimilate apply new information and use data to develop strategies and resources *Excellent verbal written communication and interpersonal skills *Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and competing priorities *Sensitivity to confidential information *Ability to travel independently to conferences within MN ND SD and/or WI occasionally held on weekends
The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
