Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director this role defines and documents processes provides strategic support to operations and project teams monitors risks to improve project execution and leads mentors and develops a team of Project Controls professionals.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

Build and Mentor Team Hire and develop Project Controls professionals.
Standardize Processes Define and implement project controls systems and procedures.
Lead Project Controls Planning Oversee budgeting scheduling and document management.
Monitor Risks and Performance Identify issues drive improvements and escalate when needed.
Provide Expert Guidance Support project teams with accurate data and strategic advice.

The Right Tools for the Job

Education: Degree or diploma in Construction Engineering or related field.
Experience: 15 years in Project Controls within a General Contracting environment with expertise in systems implementation and risk management.
Skills: Advanced knowledge of cost control scheduling and document management; proficiency in MS Office Project Controls software P6 and InEight modules

Compensation

Salary Range $150000 to $196000 per annum
Salary will commensurate with education and experience
3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year with credit for prior industry experience
