Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking Wealth Management Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role ofStaff Universal Banker.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers queries.
  • To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
  • Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
  • Conducting HSBCs cross sell product to existing customers.
  • Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
  • Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
  • Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
  • Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only.
  • Bachelor DegreeFresh graduates are welcome.
  • Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skillProficiency in English and Computer Literate.
  • Able to work under pressure.
