Job Type: Full-Time Day Shift 0730-1600 and off every other Friday
Commitment Bonus of $15000 (2 years)

How youll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care accepting a variety of assignments and consulting with other disciplines as appropriate.
- Performs plan of care intervention including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments as well as other medical care treatment.
- Assists in staff development activities including orienting instructing and training others emphasizing departmental as well as interdepartmental cooperation and teamwork.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to patients comfort and privacy and expresses interest in their progress and aids patients and families as needed in times of stress or crisis.
- community resources involves family and/or significant other in plan of care.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
- Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team physician patient and family.
- Documents patient care given.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What were looking for
- Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year Acute Care Experience preferably in Oncology
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BCLS required.
