Job Summary
Position Summary
Oversee nutritional care for MMI patients with IDD and complex health care needs across the lifespan participating in programs including/but not limited to Pediatric Feeding Genetics Speech Pathology Developmental Pediatrics Caring for Champions Dietary Health & Wellness and Primary Care. The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ( RDN ) provides nutrition consultation and education for patients with complex medical needs and their families who are screened at nutrition risk identified with nutrition risk and/or referred by physicians or other healthcare providers for nutrition-related problems chronic disease management management of nutrition support to meet regulatory requirements or for prevention and wellness.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Hours May Vary
