Develops and maintains acute care relationships providing exceptional customer service utilizing selling skills (active listening discovery benefits overcoming objections closing) influencing case managers decision makers/potential customers to choose Integritus Healthcare affiliates directly impacting achievement of affiliate occupancy levels and service mix.
Models Integritus Healthcare mission-vision-values conveying a positive image and external and external stakeholders. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and fostering positive interactions enthusiasm team/organizational involvement initiative to help others and offering up ideas and improvement suggestions.
Accepts patients screened as indicated in the clinical grid based on each facilitys competencies and effectively communicates with facility teams to present educate review and share pertinent information to determine placement and/or assure for a successful admission.
Coordinates referrals based on geographical preference specialized program or bed availability.
In partnership with the facility teams and in support of the Sales and Marketing plans develops and maintains a 90-day plan for professional events that meet the needs of the referral sources allows for team presence and supports the ongoing relationship development goals of the accounts assigned.
Works collaboratively and cohesively with the various teams including facility based and Liaison team to understand 5 Star and Service mix goals and assist with ideas and plans to the common objectives.
Understands and works in supoort of the organizaitions mission vision and values always conveying a positive image of Integritus Healthcare and its facilites to all audiences.
Fulfill other duties assigned by the Referral Manager/ Senior Director of Service Line Marketing.
Effectively and flexibly manages time with minimal supervision.
Performs the physical and psychosocial assessments for patients referred including completion of PASRRs and assures the completion of Leveling OBRAs or other preadmission requirements linked to admission approvals and reimbursement.
Maintains and effectively uses the sales and marketing software for setting up referrals following up and tracking. Proficiently uses reports from the program to trend outcomes and to develop strategies for relationship management.
Successful experience of 2-5 years as a clinical liaison/marketing professional in a healthcare setting preferably post-acute care continuum skilled nursing and rehab acute inpatient rehab home care senior living communities.
2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development basic understanding of commercial insurances Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
Basic computer experience with Microsoft Excel and clinical or sales software.
Current license as RN BSN LPN or Social Worker required.
