Job Title - Director - Generative AI

Exp - 15 yrs

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in GenaAI based application development and a focus on leveraging AI and ML technologies

- Strong Experience in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g. Django Flask)

- Extensive experience in building scalable and robust applications using Python

- Solid understanding of data engineering principles and technologies (e.g. ETL data pipelines data warehousing)

- Familiarity with AI and ML concepts algorithms and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their AI/ML services

- Experience with database systems (e.g. SQL NoSQL) and data modeling

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
