Angott Search Group has partnered with a leading global supplier of powertrain components to identify a Market Intelligence Analyst who will turn automotive aftermarket data into actionable business insights.
This role supports strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends fleet and product data forecasting performance and identifying opportunities for growth profitability and portfolio expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze automotive aftermarket trends competitors pricing and customer dynamics
Evaluate fleet and product segmentation data to identify gaps and sales opportunities
Support sales and demand forecasting; track forecast accuracy and performance
Assess business results and product profitability; recommend margin improvements
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI Tableau or similar)
Partner with Sales Finance Product and Supply Chain teams on data-driven strategy
Conduct ad-hoc analysis on new markets products and competitive activity
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Economics or Data Science
MBA or specialization in Analytics Market Research or Strategy preferred
36 years of experience in market intelligence analytics or research (automotive aftermarket preferred)
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel SQL Python/R and data visualization tools
Solid understanding of forecasting margin analysis and financial metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English required; Spanish a plus
