We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Warranty Engineer responsible for delivering technical support and customer service during the warranty period through failure analysis and field support (OE / OES / IAM). Maintains and updates the warranty database and ensures implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Supports both direct and matrix managers with warranty data from Brazil (costs trends action updates and customer-related topics).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Production Mechatronics or similar)
- Advanced English
- Over 5 years experience in Warranty and Field Service Engineer Quality and Assembly Process (preferable in automotive industry)
- Experience in failure analysis customer service
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Portal (GM Iveco Ford Renault Scania etc)
- Technical knowledge in internal combustion engines turbocharger mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
- Technical knowledge in GD&T (Geometric and Descriptive Tolerance) Technical Drawings and interpretation
- FMEA
- MS Office
- SAP
