Digital Sales Specialist: Be the Catalyst for Digital Transformation at SRS

As a DSS you wont be selling products off the shelf---youll be selling the vision of a more efficient empowered future. Youll be the crucial link between our customers our field employees and the cutting-edge digital tools that are redefining our industry. What Were Looking For

  • A Technical Communicator: You effortlessly bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical users speaking fluently to everyone from developers to those new to technology.

  • An Agile Problem Solver: You combine creative thinking with a methodical approach to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.

  • Organized and Driven: Youre proactive highly organized and committed to following through on every task.

  • A Patient Guide: You have the empathy and patience to help users navigate new processes without frustration.

  • A Value-Focused Advocate: Youre motivated to sell the benefits of new tools demonstrating how they provide real value and make work easier.

  • Must reside in the Northeast

What Youll Do

  • Champion Digital Adoption: Act as an advocate for our new digital tools including SRSs Online Account Management Platform () by showcasing how they can simplify the daily lives of both our customers and our internal sales teams.

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Listen closely to the needs of our users and act as a crucial feedback loop to our development teams guiding the creation and improvement of our digital resources. We believe in helping our customers grow innovate and reach new heights.

  • Train and Empower: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions both in person and virtually to ensure customers and employees are confident and skilled in using these tools.

  • Solve Problems on the Fly: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting expertly identifying and resolving issues with patience and a positive can-do attitude.

  • Travel and Connect: Enjoy a dynamic schedule that includes up to 50% travel to visit our branches meet with customers and attend key industry events building relationships and demonstrating our digital solutions firsthand.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.

  • Prior work experience at a software company.
