Reporting into the Category Manager youll be at the forefront of our development sourcing and delivering consumer brands including our own wonderful brands. Youll help decide what products reach our in-store shelves. Youll get to know our customer favourites analysing data and providing great sourcing recommendations to support our global consumer and retail brand commercial awareness in this fast paced and ever changing market will serve you well as youll be part of big projects with really high profile the Brand Buying team youll always put our customers at the heart of everything you do. Youll look out for new opportunities and identify what we could be missing out on to set Boots apart from other retailers.

How will you do it

Youll love our brands and be an ambassador for them as we work towards becoming the worlds best pharmacy led health and beauty really great relationships with our vendors and suppliers youll help our customers get the best products at a really great price. Showing off your negotiation skills youll help reduce our costs and seek out a global source for raw materials at the best possible your fantastic eye for detail youll find great opportunities for our brands working closely with the Brand Buying team focussing on our financial targets and monitoring our also a range of fantastic benefits and training for you not to mention great in store discounts.

What youll need to have

Were looking for really great people with a friendly personality. Its all about working together as one great team after all its our people that are at the heart of our business. Youll have lots of great experience in either sourcing or buying or supplier management or negotiations skills from an FMCG or other business. But it isnt just about experience were interested in seeing a bit more the real you and that makes us all feel to let you know sometimes youll need travel within the UK or internationally.
