Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone Internet or Text.
- Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
- Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
- Set appointments for our customers.
- Study learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
- Collect the total retail charges from the customer in cash check or authorized charge account.
- Provide the customer with the proper change and/or receipts.
- Properly document charge purchases according to the policies established by the office manager.
- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies products and procedures.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
