Job Summary
Weather Shield Roofing Systems - Wyoming MI
Do you love helping people and want to work somewhere youre truly valued and appreciated Weather Shield Roofing Systems is looking for a caring dependable Customer Care Representative to be the friendly voice of our Service Team-supporting customers coordinating service work and ensuring every experience is smooth positive and professional from start to finish.
What Youll Do
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls and emails
- Provide ongoing communication and support throughout service projects
- Manage work orders through completion
- Assist with scheduling service technicians
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally
- Review completed work orders and invoicing
- Assist with AR
- Manage field staff payroll
- MondayFriday 7:00 AM4:00 PM with occasional on-call needs.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and people skills
- Enjoy helping others and being a go-to resource
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Customer service experience preferred (construction/service industry a plus)
- Ability to work both onsite and remote (hybrid position)
