Your responsibilities center on comprehensive labor and delivery care with a strong emphasis on safety evidencebased practice and patientcentered communication. Youll monitor maternal and fetal status administer medications and analgesia under physician supervision support labor progress assist with procedures and neonatal stabilization as needed manage postpartum care and provide education to patients and families about birth plans lactation newborn care and discharge preparation. Youll document care accurately in electronic health records collaborate seamlessly with obstetricians midwives anesthesiologists and pediatric teams and contribute to a cohesive highreliability culture that minimizes risk and enhances outcomes.
