Job Summary
Qualifications License Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
- Masters or Doctorates degree preferred.
- Five years of therapy experience working in similar setting.
- 1 year as a supervisor/manager preferred
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:
Licensed PT/OT/SLP in the state of Colorado.
This positions hiring range is: $52. 00 - $59.80 per hour depending on education and experience.
Discretionary bonuses relocation expenses merit increases market adjustments recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
