The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager youll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors values; LEADERSHIP CARE ACCOUNTABILITY TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example developing your team through hands on coaching attracting and retaining top talent driving operational excellence and fostering a strong positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
• Commitment in delivering theUltimate Retail Experience
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results driven mindset
