The Montana Public Employee Retirement Administration (MPERA) is committed to providing secure and sustainable retirement benefits to over 60000 members and retirees across is responsible for the daily management of the eight public pension trust funds and two defined contribution plans with over 550 state and local government employers who report and submit contributions for active members. The agency is dedicated to customer service member education and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with attention to detail and strong work ethic to join our team.
This position will be supervised by the agencys Education and Communication Bureau Chief and will be a primary contact for employers who have questions regarding reporting requirements process and members with account questions. With training the Customer Service Representative will be knowledgeable about all areas of retirement including but not limited to basic structure and requirements of all 10 retirement systems administered by MPERA employer reporting processes and requirements and general retiree matters.
