Learn more at Account Manager is primarily responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts focusing efforts around recruiting new users educating referring physicians and executing training of physicians and staff. This position is responsible for sales including but not limited to probes service agreements system upgrades and second systems.

Position Expectations:

  • The Account Manageris responsible forthe generationand development ofdisposable salesequipmentsalesand service salesthrough ongoing management of account relationships at all levels within the facility as.

  • Manageall aspects of the customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistentprofitableand sustainable sales revenue through the promotion sellingsupportingand servicing oftheNeuWaveportfolio of solutions to customers.

  • Responsible to build VALUE CREATION to strengthen the relationship protect from competitors andpossible growthof the account

  • Responsible and accountable for service agreement contracts

  • Develop professional education events tailored to each market withdeepunderstanding of tools and resources available.

  • Regularly serve as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room during live cases

  • Overseeand execute the implementation and account development processes ofHospitalsbuying and implementing Capital Equipment solutions.

  • Understandaccount needs and the role that physicians nurses supportstaffand hospital administration play in the sales process toestablishplans and solutions that meet short and long-term needs.

  • Develop professional education events tailored to each market withdeepunderstanding of tools and resources available.

  • Expected tomonitorhospital strategies and marketplace developments; communicatetobusiness partners to develop account strategy.

  • Responsible for developing salesplanby account and by category using sales planning tools; sales plans must incorporate risk mitigation.

  • Optimizecustomer value byanticipatingand/or recognizing account issues and thenbeable to create communicateimplementand followup on a corrective action plan.

  • Responsibilities also include meeting on a regular basis with hospital administrators directors and managerstoreviewdisposable sales trendsand explore opportunities to convey theNeuwaveand JNJvalue proposition.

  • Optimizesales revenue at existing customers particularly via the education/orientation of physicians and clinical staff to ensure support ofNeuWaveplatformand probes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree

  • At least 2 yearsofrelevantMedical Device/ Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience

Preferred:

  • Strong proven medical device salestrack recordwith documented growth and achievements.

  • Demonstrated success inprevioussalesrolesindicatinga high levelof sales performance influence and selling skills

  • Capital Equipment experience

  • Marketdevelopment or product launch experience

  • Strong business acumen includingC-Suitecustomerexperience

  • Abilityto travel up to 50% 60%

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs.
