Description

The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within the Oracles Customer Service Organization that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracles customers through annuity-based service contracts and project based one-time services. CSS services team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio both in fixed price and T&M basis. CSS services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission critical applications and processes. CSS covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • You will be responsible of delivering Oracle Systems Storage Engineered Systems and Cloud solutions for the customers.
  • Must have working and hands on knowledge and expertise of Oracles technologies.

What Youll Need

We are looking for a Principal Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the installation configuration and maintenance of Oracles technologies and products. Must be proficient and have hands-on working experience on the following areas.

  • Oracle Solaris Oracle Linux Oracle ZFS
  • Oracle Engineered Systems - Exadata PCA ODA ZDLRA
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) if any
  • Oracle Sun SPARC and Intel Servers
  • ZFS Storage array
  • Backup and Restoration
  • Servers and OS Administration
  • Storage Consolidation and Migration

Note: This candidate must be a Singapore-born Citizen that was cleared on Cat 1 or at least a Cat 2 G50 Security Clearance to work on Singapore government projects. (G50 security clearance was imposed by the Singapore government and is mandatory for all vendors that needs to work on government projects).
