Job Duties and Responsibilities: This position will serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team involved in public policy and planning related to protection conservation and restoration of New Mexicos agricultural and natural resources including areas of focus related to water quantity water quality soil health rangeland health endangered species noxious weeds and soil and water conservation. Position may include a focus on water resources policy and planning.
Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree 2 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity and experience with the water resource management and policy relevant to New Mexico.
Special Certification/Licensure:
A cover letter and unofficial transcripts are required.
Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
