Role: Semi Senior Accountant
Location: Mexborough
Salary: 26000 - 32000
This is a great opportunity to join a well established and friendly accountancy practice in Mexborough. The firm is looking to welcome a Semi Senior Accountant to support a growing client portfolio and work closely with a supportive professional team.

Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant role include:
Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders partnerships and limited companies
Assisting with corporation tax and personal tax computations
Preparing VAT returns and supporting client compliance work
Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide advice
Supporting Senior colleagues with more complex assignments
Ensuring accuracy compliance and deadlines are met
Requirements of the Semi Senior Accountant role include:
Previous UK practice experience is essential
AAT qualified part qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience
Good understanding of accounts preparation and tax compliance
Confident in client communication and queries
Proactive organised and keen to develop within practice
